At Erenhot Port, only a few drivers carried out the operation of goods transportation in the distance of “zero kilometer” every day, affecting the delivery under the project to a serious extent. The project team makes efforts to understand the information on customs clearance at various ports in a timely manner, and adopts the strategy of delivery in small batch; as a senior enterprise certified to customs AEO, the Company applies the customs coordinator mechanism, makes active communication with the customs, solves the problems such as the long queuing time for customs clearance of goods and difficulty in simultaneous verification of customs declarations for the products of different suppliers, implements the preferential customs clearance, completes the delivery of all products under the project as schedule, and wins high praise from the customers.

The service team also guarantees the smooth performance of the project powerfully; despite the grim situation of the pandemic prevention and control, the service team members are still stationed at the sites of factories and ports for a long time to track and guarantee in the whole course of delivery, make the elaborate overall planning and the meticulous arrangement for production supervision, factory acceptance, and port shipment, organize the factory production and shipment and arrange the product delivery process scheme, make quick response to the quality problems found in the products, coordinate the factory service personnel to solve the problem in an efficient manner, achieve the double victory of pandemic prevention and control and project acceptance, and ensure the successful delivery of all vehicles on schedule.
